Thank you for visiting and shopping at SYCO ELiquids. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Delivery Policy.

DOMESTIC DELIVERY POLICY

All orders are processed within 1-2 business day. Orders are not dispatched or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, deliveries may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in delivery of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Standard Delivery 48 (Below 2kg)

Tracked Heavy Parcel (Between 2kg and 10kg)
Estimated Delivery Time : 2-3 Business Days
Delivery Cost : £4.99

Large Parcel Delivery (Only applicable to order weighing over 10kg)
Delivery Method : Parcelforce 24
Estimated Delivery Time : Next Business Day
Delivery Cost : £8.95 (Per parcel)

All orders placed before 10am (Monday to Friday) are dispatched on the same day.

DELIVERY CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

All orders are sent using a tracked or signed for service. If your order does not arrive by the estimated date of delivery, please contact us at info@sycoeliquids.com to obtain a tracking report.

The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of dispatch.

DAMAGES

SYCO ELiquids is not liable for any products damaged or lost during delivery. If you received your order damaged, please contact the courier company to file a claim. We will provide as much assistance as possible if you file a claim with the courier.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim and take photo evidence of this.
